The first one was on IPR (Patent / Trade Mark) issues faced by Start Ups and the second one was on " Regulatory challenges specially between promoters and business partners" .

The objective of this one day workshop was to understand the pros and cons of spending money on IPR protection and how to defend your intellectual property, once granted. Also, how to navigate the complex task of agreements between promoters, either domestic of international, so that the interests of all are protected and trust can be built up.
